GDT Project for Relatively Thoughtful - Christmas at Pemberley Tag

Today I'm sharing another GDT project for Relatively Thoughful using the beautiful 'Christmas at Pemberley' collection:

You can find the paper version of the collection here and the digital version here.

I started off with a base of the plain green paper in the collection die cut with a Tim Holtz die.  Then I added a rectangle of the dark red patterned paper as my next layer.  I used a gold metallic pen to edge each the tag and patterned paper.

I cut two squares from the plain green paper and added a fussy cut bauble to each one using a tiny piece of gold peel off as the string for the bauble.

Finally I added a sentiment using a Tim Holtz sticker and some gold self adhesive dots.  I tied a piece of green ribbon and a piece of lace through the top of the tag.

Here's a close up of one of the square panels:

and another view of the whole tag:

I would like to enter my card in the following challenges:

Tag Along and ATCs - anything goes
As You Like It Challenge - favourite non-card project (larger sized tags make a lovely addition to presents)

Here's another view of my card:

A couple of days ago I shared my first card made with the 'Extraordinary Flora' stamp and die set from Stampin' Up here

Today's card is made from the remainder of the die cut flowers and leaves.

I started with a circle frame and then arranged the colour leaves and flowers round it before sticking them in place.  I then added the smaller die cut circle back into the middle of the arrangement with a sentiment stamped on it.

I used a stamped sentiment, dies and patterned paper from Stamping Up.  I finished the card by adding some brown gems to the centres of the flowers and the corners of the card.

I would like to enter my card in the following challenges:

Passion for Markers - add flowers
We Love Stamping - anything goes

Just Us Girls - mood board (I took inspiration from the colours and the small flower and leaves icons)

Stamping Sensations Challenge Reminder - Anything Goes/Summer Flowers

It's time for a reminder about the current challenge on the Stamping Sensations Challenge Blog:

This month our theme is 'summer flowers' or you can always following the 'anything goes' option.  Just remember there has to be some stamping on the front of your card and we need to know what you used to make my your card.  The original challenge post is here and today's reminder post is here.

Here's another view of my card:

I have to admit I struggled with this one a bit!  Every floral stamp I have either doesn't tell me on the pack what flower it is or isn't a summer flower.

After a bit of research I got out this older Stampin' Up stamp set called 'Queen Anne's Lace' which I stamped and then added a little bit of colours with my Promarkers and a stamped sentiment from Stampin' Up.

The background was embossed using a X Cut embossing folder and the arch dies are from Stampin' Up.

I would like to enter my card in the following challenges:

Try It On Tuesday - summer blooms
Neglected Stuff Challenge - the Queen Anne's Lace stamp set

New Beautiful Blossoms Challenge - Anything Floral Goes With Optional Mood Board

It's time for a new challenge on the Beautiful Blossoms Challenge Blog:

Our challenges are always anything floral goes and we have an optional mood board each month if you'd like some extra inspiration.  Here's the photo for this challenge:

You can find all the details about the challenge and see the inspiration from the rest of the team here on the challenge blog.

Here's another view of my card:

For my card I picked out the colours of the flowers in the inspiration photo and used them to colour the stamped images on my card.

This was my first time using the beautiful 'Extraordinary Flora' stamp and die set from Stampin' Up.  it's one large stamp with lots of small flowers and leaves and a single die that cuts the whole lot at once.

I kept the rest of the images I die cut and you'll see them on another card in a few days' time!

I coloured the stamped images with Promarkers and then used a postage stamp frame from Waffle Flower and a stamped sentiment from Stampin' Up to finish the design.

I would like to enter my card in the following challenges:

Passion for Markers - add flowers
NBUS Challenge - first time using this stamp set

At Cardz 4 Guyz our theme is 'summer holidays' - you can find the challenge post here

and

Here's another view of my card:

I've used the 'Sunrise Sailing' stamp and die set from Stampin' Up.  After die cutting the boat I snipped between the sails - it isn't cut out by the die and looked a bit odd with the blue background behind it.

I also used:

- Promarkers
- arch dies from Stampin' Up
- patterned papers from Craft Creations and Stampin' Up
